ALL
packages include the prep and planning of the shoot, photographers time, travel
and talent. A gallery of 30+ carefully
selected images (mini session only 20+), each digitally edited with artistic
and creative flair will be presented at your viewing. A deposit of $100 is to be paid in advance to
secure your shoot date and is non-refundable. We do, however, understand things
happen, so it can be transferred to another date!
Shoots times are normally 60-90 minutes, on location or at your home.
Kylie Gillis Photography is based in Brisbane, servicing Sunshine and Gold Coasts, Brisbane Metro and surrounding suburbs, but we are more than happy to travel (some travel fees may apply to some locations).
YOUR VIEWING
Your viewing will take place approx 14 days after your shoot and usually at your own home. Generally, you will see your photos as a slide show on the computer and your collection will usually be around 30 images, depending on the shoot. Alternatively, other viewing arrangements can be made ie email or proof sheet posted to use to peruse. If you cancel your viewing time, fees may apply to allow for another time slot.
There is no minimum amount you need to spend! We do however require a minimum deposit of $100 to be made on booking with remainder due on or before shoot day. Prints will not be ordered until 100% of order has been paid. Also, we offer a lay by service as an added convenience. Layby is for 4-6 weeks only.
For those who pay for their package in full on booking, you will receive a FREE 12x18” photograph. That’s $100 value when you pay for your package in full!
Prints will be ready for collection (or delivery, at a cost to you) approx 2 weeks after 100% of overall total has been paid. Canvases may take up to 8 weeks depending on size and image.

I do require a minimum deposit, to secure your special day and viewing time slot. For Bronze and Silver packages, a minimum of $350 needs to be paid on booking. For Gold and Platinum packages, a minimum of $800 needs to be paid on booking. These are non refundable if you cancel (conditions apply).
The remainder of your package to be paid on or before your day, or, if it's more convenient for you to pay it off, I do offer a lay by system. Lay by is from 4-6weeks. However, 100% needs to be paid before your prints are ordered.
YOUR VIEWING
A viewing appointment time is made straight after you shoot (if sitting fee has been PIF) and will take place around 3-4 weeks after you wedding date. Your viewing is conducted in your own home with photos viewed on my computer or alternatively, at my home in Brisbane north. You will have approximately minimum 100-200 fabulous images to select from on the day. If you don’t find a package that suits your needs, we can tailor make one for you!

A FREE 12x18” canvas to all who PIF on the day! That’s $275 worth for FREE if you pay for your order in full!
