I was thrilled to be contacted from an old high school friend (good old Facebook!) to do some newborn photos of her first little bubba, Jayden. Alize lives in Harvey Bay so we were a long way from each other but were able to meet about half way and used her friends lovely house at Burpengary (thanks again). I got to meet Alize's husband Eli and her newest little man Jayden. He was one of the sweetest little things and such a gem to photograph. He stayed awake for a little while, trying not to miss anything but we wore him out pretty quick and got him a bit milk drunk and were able to get some absolutely gorgeous shots with him sleeping too.
I think this has to be my favourite and now one of my all time favourites.
They had such a lovely deck, I just had to use it!
Jayden had woken up at this stage and was getting a bit grumbly so dad Eli took over, popped him on his favourite place.....
and before too long......
He was fast asleep again. I didn't set this pose up, Jayden got upset so dad was just settling him down and I couldn't help but just grab a quick snap of his gorgeous pout and then that happened!! The shot below with Eli and Jayden is now my favourite newborn shot E.V.E.R and for something that was so unplanned, turned out so unbelievably perfect, I am so thrilled.....*sigh*.... :)
This blue fence was just the best background to use considering their own choice of colour to wear! I couldn't have asked for a better background..... Brilliant..... and they totally rocked it :)
