Puppy Love :)

Meet SCHOONER.... the cutest little staffy pup I've met in a long time.  It was so hard to get a good shot of him.... he wouldn't sit still for longer than a micro second but I got some.  We even got to puppy sit him a few weekends ago and I couldn't help but take more shots of him.  Of the hundreds I took though, I only managed to get a handful of him in focus, he was so fast hehe.  

He made me so clucky for my own little fur baby.  

I hope you think he is as cute as I do.

LOVE love love that little face.  

I could easily have snuck him into my car as we were leaving, He was just so adorable and sweet

Outdoor Family Goodness

This family had the most beautiful property and I had the pleasure of shooting some family photos for them.  The kids were a delight and had a good time so thanks guys for the opportunity to capture you in your own, spectacular environment.

Dexter.....me-ow :)

This is one cool cat with one cool name, Dexter, the beautiful Russian Blue.  Dexter belongs to a friend of ours and on a recent visit, I took my camera and took a few shots of him outside, hunting!

 

 

 

This would definitely have to be my favourite, a close up of those stunning green eyes!

Spirit House

It's amazing what hidden treasures one can find if they open their eyes!!  These photos were taken at the Spirit Garden at Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.  It is a beautiful restaurant as well as a venue for Thai cooking classes.  On a recent trip with a friend for cooking supplies, I took the chance to take a few photos of the gorgeous grounds.

Obviously these aren't shots of the restaurant grounds but a couple I snapped while inside.  These beautiful stones are called Kissi Stones and are made in Kenya and considered good luck gifts. The colours were gorgeous and the carvings were really pretty.

This is a shot of the bowl of soaps - the smells were amazing!

I loved all these little palaces scattered throughout the gardens.  So much detail on something so small - its not even big enough to house a mouse!!

Loved every minute walking around the ground.  After the Spirit House, we went and had some lunch at the nearby Ginger Factory and I managed to get a couple shots of the old scales before the sky's opened and I was forced to put away and protect my camera. 

I loved the colours of the scales and the gorgeous greenery behind.

Had a nice, wet day seeing hidden parts of the Sunshine Coast I'd not seen before.

Pretty......

I found this little guy in the same place that I left the frog found in my washing, outside the neighbours place, surrounding the base of a very large tree.  These first photos are from the first day I saw it.

Then a couple days later I took a few more photos and then a couple days later again and it had changed once again and this time had little yellow flowers.  I totally love the colours, the hot pink to the deep dark purple and then the bright highlights of yellow.

I have no idea what plant these leaves are from other than they are outside our unit in the neighbours yard.  To me it looks just like a vine or climbing plant of some sort.  I just loved the look from underneath the leaf and when I played around with them, the veins in the leaves became so prominent.
